I am so thrilled to have been awarded the Derwent Art Materials Award at the 154th Society of Women Artists Exhibition at the Mall Galleries in London for my painting "Why". I have just returned from the PV where the award was presented to me by the Patron, HRH Princess Michael of Kent. I can’t tell you how proud I felt. I will very much look forward to playing with some new art materials from Derwent . I would also like to say a very special thanks to Frank Janssens for the use of his photo
