The Society of East Anglian Watercolourists (SEAW) welcomes artists from the counties of Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Bedfordshire with the aim to bring watercolour in all its myriad forms and subtleties to a wider audience.
Each year, the Society holds both member and open ‘selected’ exhibitions across the region including Ely, Long Melford, Snape and Wells-next-the-Sea.
The society was inaugurated in 2007 with the help and guidance of the Royal Watercolour Society and their then president Richard Sorrell, and later adopted the title of the Society of East Anglian Watercolourists.
